Gift Vouchers can be purchased securely online, or you can call us on 0740413284 to order. Alternatively, the vouchers are also available packaged for pick up & payment at the Spa.

Gift Voucher Details & how to purchase
Gift Vouchers are available and can be picked up at the Day Spa or emailed to you or the person that you have purchased it for directly or you can use our easy-to-use secure on-line purchasing form.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. They will not be extended after 3 years. Treatment Vouchers revert to a monetary value after 12 months.
Online Bookings are unavailable for Gift. Vouchers, please call the Spa on 074041 3284 and quote your voucher number.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ONLINE BOOKINGS are unavailable for Gift Vouchers. You must book at the Spa (40413284) a minimum of 1 week in advance with your Voucher number & Credit Card details in order for us to hold the booking.
- Voucher bookings that are made online will be charged to your credit card, there is a NO Refund Policy for bypassing the terms & conditions & you will have to use the gift voucher for your next visit.
- The Voucher must be presented on arrival, either digital or paper copy.
- We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Changes/ Cancellations made under 48hrs notice will incur a 50% fee, which will be deducted from the value of your voucher. Cancellations under 24 hours, or on the day of your appointment or do not attend will result in the Voucher being voided.
- Expired Vouchers have no value & are not redeemable after the expiry date & will not be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
- This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Gift Vouchers cannot be used on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- This voucher is valid until the expiry date & cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
- Catalena Beauty & Day Spa is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers & is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.
- Prices and treatments are subject to change. If you have a Treatment Gift Voucher and there has been a price increase, you will be required to pay the difference. If the treatment is no longer on the Menu we will offer an alternative treatment to the same value.
- This voucher is not valid with any other offer and/or special at Catalena Beauty and Day Spa.
- This voucher must be used by one person in one visit, unless a series of treatments has been purchased
- Voucher Bookings that fail to attend for their appointment without 48 hours’ notice will result in the Voucher being voided. If you are late for your booking, unfortunately we cannot extend your treatment time.
- Please arrive 10 mins earlier than your booking time to facilitate treatment preparation.
- This gift certificate is non-transferable, and resale is prohibited.
